The following questions are to get you thinking on a deeper level. It’s important to try and feel as you visualise and think about these questions.

You can do this exercise by yourself, with a coach or someone that you trust who can ask these questions. And start a deeper discussion.

If you do this with a friend or even by yourself. Do not engage in any negative talk or thoughts. This is about being positive

  1. What did you see, hear, and feel that would let you know that you have a life of abundance?
  2. How would your life be more fulfilling than the one you are living now? Who else would experience this abundance with you?
  3. Which resource do you now want to use and develop that will make the biggest difference to you in feeling abundant and fulfilled in your life?
