Terms and Condition

    Effective Date: 30th October 2025

    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Kaybox, including website design, hosting, SmartCare plans, marketing, SEO, CRM, and related services. By engaging with Kaybox, you agree to these Terms.


    1. Company Information

    Kaybox operates under:

    • Kaybox Ltd (UK) – 6 The Stables, Parrswood Entertainment Centre, Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester, England, M20 5PG
    • Kaybox FZCO (Dubai) – IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE

    2. Services

    Kaybox provides digital marketing, website design, automation, hosting, SEO, paid ads, CRM setup, and ongoing support plans (SmartCare).

    Services are detailed in individual agreements, proposals, or published plans on our website.


    3. Payments

    • All payments are processed securely via Kaybox FZCO in Dubai.
    • Prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise noted.
    • Subscription plans (e.g. SmartCare) are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.
    • Invoices must be paid on time to avoid suspension of services.

    4. Cancellations

    • SmartCare and ongoing plans require 30 days’ written notice.
    • If you cancel mid-month (e.g. 15th October), your final billing cycle will end at the end of the following month (e.g. 30th November).
    • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

    5. Deliverables

    All deliverables remain the property of Kaybox until full payment is received. After payment, you own the website and content created for you (unless otherwise stated).


    6. Client Responsibilities

    Clients must:

    • Provide accurate information, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner.
    • Use the website and services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

    7. Intellectual Property

    Kaybox retains the right to showcase completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes. Client logos and content are used only within agreed projects.


    8. Liability

    Kaybox is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or downtime caused by third-party failures, plugin conflicts, or hosting issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.


    9. Hosting and Maintenance

    For hosting and SmartCare clients:

    • We monitor uptime and perform regular updates.
    • Large website changes or rebuilds are quoted separately.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but take all reasonable measures to maintain uptime and performance.

    10. Termination

    Kaybox reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

    • Non-payment
    • Misuse or illegal activity
    • Breach of these Terms

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed under UK law.

    Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
